Raymond Credit provides senior debt funding solutions for property development projects across Australia. We offer higher leverage capability than most traditional lenders, with flexible loan-to-cost structures and no hard LTC (loan to cost) cap.

Our credit-led underwriting approach allows us to assess each project on its merits, with flexibility around valuation firms and quantity surveyors.

We prioritise repeat builders and experienced sponsors, supporting commercially viable projects backed by appropriate financial capacity. All transactions remain subject to credit assessment and lender discretion.​

MEZZANINE DEBT

Raymond Credit provides structured mezzanine financing for land development acquisitions and project construction. Our facilities complement senior debt and address genuine equity gaps for experienced sponsors.

 

Funding Guidelines

We prioritise high-quality assets, capable sponsors, and clear exit strategies. Capital is deployed selectively in line with our risk framework.

 

Our funding is commonly used to bridge equity gaps within senior construction finance, support land-backed acquisitions with defined development pathways, or provide short-term capital pending refinance or sale.


We work with experienced developers and repeat builders who have proven execution ability and financial capacity. All transactions are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to lender discretion.
